Sometimes, you just gotta get away…  One More Breath Maui 2012 (Feb 26 – Mar 3rd)

As I write this, we’re in the middle of a cold-snap and it’s -35C . brrr!

I can’t help but dream of Hawaii.

We have just a few spots left, and I believe in kismet. If you’re reading this page,  I hope that you’ll consider joining us for our inaugural One More Breath yoga retreat. Based out of Lumeria / Soulspace  - a luxury retreat centre setting the standard for high-end accommodation, we will bask in the sun’s rays and enjoy the ocean breezes as they sweep up towards the volcano behind us.

Every day I will start things off with an invigorating morning yoga practice. Afterwards, there will be a host of options such as volcano hikes, beach-time, strolling through town, cooking class and various yoga workshops. In between all the good times, delectable meals and snacks will be catered by Calgary’s own Brett McDermott – a rising star in our local food scene.Whether you are looking for some simple down time to recharge your batteries, or want to further your practice, my group will endeavour to meet your needs.

We  simply want to make this Leap Year one to remember!
